Yes — absolutely. Every plan, including Family Pro, starts with a full 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a credit card to begin your trial. You only need to add payment details if you choose to continue after the trial period ends.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are only charged the pro-rata difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We will email you three days before your trial ends. If you have added a payment method you will be automatically charged for the plan you chose. If not, your account will revert to the Free plan and all your settings will be preserved. No charges, no surprises.
Yes. We offer a 50% discount for registered charities and a tailored school/district licensing programme for educational institutions. Please contact our team with your organisation details to apply.
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again and your family will retain full access until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
